Connectivity Issue from some locations

April 25th, 2009

We are currently investigating reports of connectivity from certain non-UK locations to our services. The issue is not country specific but does appear to be impacting specific providers in some countries.

At this time we can confirm that the hosted services are working normally but there may be a routing issue at our upstream network provider. We are currently liasing with them in order to resolve this issue as soon as possible.

Further updates will be posted as soon as we have more detailed information.

Mail Disruption (14th April)

April 15th, 2009

We experienced a brief disruption to mail flow yesterday for customers using our relay and MX services. Although the outage itself was restricted the impact was felt for a number of hours due to DNS caching. As a result of yesterday’s outage we have replaced the faulty component of the system with both new software and hardware solutions which will enable us to provide the fast and reliable mail services you normally experience.

If you use any of our mailMX, mailRelay or mailFeed services and are experiencing mail flow issues today please raise a ticket with the helpdesk and we will review your individual issue.
